1. Eligibility
EliteRemote Careers is available to individuals aged 18+ located in the United Kingdom, United States, or Canada. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Use only one account per person. All work submitted must be your own original work. Do not share account access with others.
3. Task Completion
Tasks must be completed according to the provided guidelines and quality standards. AI training tasks require human expertise — using AI tools to complete tasks assigned for human evaluation is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are calculated based on verified hours worked at the task's listed hourly rate. Payouts are processed weekly via direct deposit. Minimum payout threshold is $25.
5. Quality Standards
Workers must maintain a minimum quality rating. Consistently low-quality submissions may result in task restrictions or account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All work completed through EliteRemote Careers becomes the property of the commissioning AI company. You retain no rights to the training data or annotations you create.
7. Confidentiality
Tasks may involve confidential AI development data. You agree not to share, screenshot, or discuss specific task content outside the platform.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Outstanding payments will be processed for all verified completed work.
9. Dispute Resolution
